We are looking for a business-oriented CFO to support Novotek's continued international growth
Would you like to take on a key leadership role in a listed international technology group with a strong market position, solid financial performance and ambitious growth plans? In this role you will play a central part in driving business performance, supporting future acquisitions and further developing the Group’s finance function.
Novotek is looking for a Group CFO to build on the strong foundation established in recent years and support the Group’s continued growth journey. The CFO is a key business partner to the CEO and a member of the Group Management Team, with overall responsibility for the Group's finance agenda across an international and decentralized organization. Working closely with local management teams and finance resources across the Group, the CFO balances local accountability with strong financial governance, reporting and business support.
The role combines strategic business and operational responsibilities, including Group accounting, consolidation, financial reporting, governance, financing and treasury. Through financial analysis, insights and decision support, the CFO helps drive business performance and contributes to strategic decision-making, growth and long-term value creation.
In a lean organization, the CFO is expected to continuously strengthen financial processes and capabilities in line with the Group’s development. The role also includes active involvement in acquisition activities and responsibility for relationships with the Board, shareholders, auditors, banks and other key stakeholders.
Examples of main tasks and responsibilities
- Provide financial leadership to support the Group's continued growth, profitability and long-term value creation.
- Lead and develop the Group's finance organization, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment across the business.
- Support the CEO, Executive Management Team and Board with financial analysis, business insights and decision support.
- Be responsible for Group accounting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, transparency and compliance.
- Develop the Group's financial planning, business control and reporting capabilities to support informed decision-making.
- Support M&A activities, including evaluation, due diligence, integration and follow-up.
- Ensure efficient and scalable financial processes, systems and governance across the Group.
- Be responsible for the Group's treasury, financing, cash flow, tax and risk management
- Strengthen business control to improve profitability, efficiency and performance visibility across the Group.
- Build strong relationships with shareholders, Board members, auditors, banks and other key external stakeholders.
- Promote collaboration, knowledge sharing and a common way of working across the Group in support of One Novotek.
About you
We are looking for a business-oriented and hands-on Group CFO with a strong financial foundation and the ability to support the Group’s continued growth. You combine strong analytical skills with a pragmatic approach and are comfortable operating across both strategic and operational matters. As a leader, you build trust through professionalism and collaboration, and work effectively with the Board, shareholders, management teams and colleagues across the Group.
You have:
- University degree
- Experience from a CFO role or equivalent senior finance leadership position
- Solid experience in business controlling, combined with strong knowledge of group accounting, financial reporting and governance
- Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English
Meriting:
- Experience from a publicly listed company environment and interaction with Boards, shareholders and external stakeholders
- Experience leading finance organizations across multiple countries and cultures
- Experience from acquisitions, due diligence or integration work
