TePe is strengthening its strategic capabilities within Communication and Education and is now recruiting a Communication & Education Manager to support the company’s continued growth and strengthen the position of TePe as a leading expert in the industry.
Communication & Education Manager
In this role you will lead, develop and future-proof the Communication & Education team within the Marketing Department, working in line with TePe’s global brand strategy and positioning. The focus is on transforming TePe´s education offer and ensuring consistent, strategic communication that shapes TePe´s public image.
You act as a key guardian of the TePe brand, turning brand strategy, values and positioning into clear communication and education principles, content and ways of working.
A core part of the role is to position TePe as a leading expert in the industry. You do this by combining strategic thought leadership with the development of educational programs for customers, professionals and other external and internal audiences. All educational messaging reinforces TePe’s focus on preventive oral care and supports the recommendation-driven business model across the entire value chain.
You create insight-driven content, build educational concepts and runs programs that strengthen the company's brand, credibility and customer relationships through knowledge sharing and communication.
You are also responsible for communication development and initiatives such as corporate and sustainability communication, collaborations & partnerships as well as public relations and media engagement.
Your team consists of one Communication Manager and 4 Education Advisers, and you will be part of the Marketing Management Team. The role is based at the TePe HQ in Malmö and you will report directly to the Marketing Director, who is a member of the Executive Management Team.
Examples of main tasks and responsibilities:
Develop and implement education concepts
- Identify and map competence needs with relevant stakeholders as dental professionals, partners and customers
- Develop the education plan and design smart, targeted learning experiences to strengthen the understanding of preventive oral care.
- Establish global ways of working for education delivery, ensuring consistency across markets.
- Secure all education concepts support overall strategies and frameworks to strengthen the TePe brand credibility to take a thought leadership position.
- Ensure all communication and education initiatives are aligned with the global brand strategy, brand positioning and brand frameworks.
- Translate brand strategy into clear communication and education principles, guidelines and narratives.
Development of Training Programs and Learning Formats
- Design training concepts such as workshops, e-learning, certification programs, seminars, and digital courses.
- Develop pedagogical structures and learning journeys that deepen understanding of the company’s solutions, methods, or research.
- Integrate thought leadership content into training formats to reinforce the company’s expert position through recommendation.
Collaboration and Cross‑Functional Coordination
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration between education, communication, scientific affairs and local marketing and education teams.
- Support internal specialists in translating their expertise into training formats and content building thought‑leadership.
- Establish a process for continuous knowledge packaging and publication.
- Collaborate closely with Group Brand to ensure communication and education consistently reflect brand strategy, positioning and tone of voice.
- Support and guide local marketing and education teams in applying brand-aligned concepts, balancing global consistency with local relevance.
Follow‑Up, Impact Measurement, and Continuous Improvement
- Define goals and KPIs for training initiatives and thought‑leadership activities (e.g., reach, engagement, demand, customer feedback).
- Analyse data to continuously improve content and training design.
Responsible for consistent, strategic communication messaging shaping TePe´s public image
- Responsible for securing alignment between education and communication and development within corporate and sustainability communication, collaboration & partnerships as well as public relations and media engagement.
Profile
- Academic degree
- Proven leadership and management experience
- Proven experience in designing professional learning experience and educational concepts
- Proven experience in change management
- Experience within the oral care field or life science is a plus
- Proficiency in English and Swedish, both verbal and written
