Group Financial Controller
The Financial Controller is part of the Group Finance team responsible for delivering accurate reporting, robust analysis and effective financial governance. In close collaboration with the Group Accounting Manager, you will support the monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes and prepare financial and management reporting for Group Management.
As Inwido operates a highly decentralised business model the role requires to work with close support, collaboration and quality assurance toward local finance teams to ensure accuracy and quality of financial data. As a support function to the Group, you will help drive consistency, accuracy and continuous improvement in financial reporting.
Since Inwido’s growth strategy is focused on acquisitions, this role will emphasize ensuring rapid integration of acquired companies. This includes adapting and aligning their reporting and providing ongoing support until they operate independently.
Group Finance is a small, close‑knit and collaborative team where tasks often overlap, and where everyone plays an active role in developing processes, sharing knowledge and supporting the wider organisation.
Why this role?

- Oversee Group consolidation, including eliminations, adjustments and reporting packages, ensuring accuracy and IFRS compliance

- Maintain and develop accounting principles, reporting instructions and internal controls across the Group
- Support the development of financial reporting processes, tools and system solutions to improve quality, efficiency and consistency
- Support the development of Group reporting systems (e.g., Cognos) and contribute to data structure improvements
- Gather, validate and analyze financial data during M&A integration phases
- Support newly acquired companies in adopting Group accounting principles, processes and reporting structures until fully independent
- Support the Group in tax‑related matters in collaboration with external advisors and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate with external auditors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth audit processes and compliance with financial regulations
