BONESUPPORT (Nasdaq Stockholm: BONEX) develops and commercializes innovative injectable bio-ceramic bone graft substitutes that remodel to the patient’s own bone and have the capability of eluting drugs. BONESUPPORT’s bone graft substitutes are based on the patented technology platform CREAMENT. The company is conducting several clinical studies to further demonstrate the clinical and health economic benefits its products deliver. The net sales amounted to SEK 329 million in 2022. Bonesupport has around 120 employees and almost half of them are based in Lund at the company headquarters.

Global Product Marketing Manager

The new role as Global Product Marketing Manager is a great opportunity to support BONESUPPORT AB’s dynamic and rapidly growing organization and business.

The role as Global Product Marketing Managers plays an important role as a liaison between sales, marketing and medical education to facilitate that the product value and clinical expertise, i.e. the content are shared and spread in efficient ways through different tools and channels to optimize patient outcome.

In this role you will be responsible for initiating and adopting activities to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the product portfolio, CERAMENT®, by healthcare professionals. The role will play a pivotal part in adopting marketing programs, equipping the sales team with knowledge and tools needed to accelerate patient access, in close partnership with medical education, product management and the commercial teams.

The role reports to the Global Marketing Director and is based at the headquarters in Lund. In the role you will be travelling up to 30% of the time in periods.

Clinical expertise

  • Stay updated on industry trends, treatment guidelines and emerging research to provide relevant and accurate information to healthcare professionals.

Product education and training

  • Develop and deliver training programs for the sales organisation and the healthcare professionals on the safe and effective use of the company’s medical devices.
  • In collaboration with Medical and MedEd conduct educational sessions, workshops and seminars to enhance product knowledge and address clinical concerns.

Training & promotional material development

  • Develop promotional, educational and training materials in close collaboration with health care professionals and relevant colleagues in neighbouring functions, e.g. surgical techniques instructional videos, case reports, brochures and presentations within the relevant field that effectively communicates the clinical value of the company’s devices vs competition and/or standard of care.

Key Account Management

  • Involved in planning the sales tactics and developing sales and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in marketing, sales and medical education to develop strategies that promote the adoption and utilization of the company’s devices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing and customer support to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Establish strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers and decision makers within the relevant segment.

 

Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and quality standards in the therapy area.
